For the past 25 years, I have been involved in new manufactured homes. In 2011 we started new hybrid homes Team. We had to decide what type of business format we would take. Should we do used modular homes, new modular homes, Should we sell Silvercrest homes or Golden West homes? Should we sell Clayton homes, Hallmark homes, Skyline homes, Palm Harbor homes? Should we do Hybrid Core homes? Since we are also Real estate agents and real estate professionals, should we list mobile homes or manufactured homes? Should we do prefab homes or stick built. Should we do mobile homes in Santa Maria or homes in Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, should we offer manufactured home floor plans? Should we buy mobile homes, should we list mobile homes, should we replace old mobile homes with new mobile homes or new manufactured homes? After long hours we decided that we are Hybrid Homes, why limit our selves. We are the New Hybrid Homes Team because we can do more than just sell or buy mobiles; we are in fact hybrid of affordable housing.
